The abstract body should be limited to 2000 characters, and linked to one of three conference themes:

1. Remote Sensing of Precipitation
2. Water Cycle Dynamics and Climate
3. Hydrologic Applications and Extremes

Note: Late abstracts can be submitted until April 15, 2019.
