The Conference hotel is Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. We have negotiated a competitive group rate and we strongly encourage attendees to stay there, when possible. The banquet will be taking place at the Beckman Center, not at the Hyatt.

Attention: After May 23, 2019, you will not be able to purchase discounted rooms at the Hyatt Regency. Please see the bottom of this webpage for additional accommodations especially Hotel Irvine.

  • Self-parking (daily or overnight) is complimentary. Please note both the resort fee and the self-parking fee have been waived.

You can park for free in the hotel (during the day or overnight) by mentioning you are a member of the "IPC12" group. Valet parking is not included. Please see the hotel's webpage for more details, including maps, parking and complimentary shuttle service to John Wayne airport, Fashion Island, and Balboa Island.

Transportation between conference venue and hotel

The organizing committee has arranged for a complimentary shuttle service between the conference venue (Beckman Center) and the conference hotel (Hyatt Regency Newport Beach), one ride in the morning and one ride in the evening. Look for the “Best-VIP” bus. 

 

There will be only one bus. If it is full or you miss it, you can drive (parking is free at both venue and hotel for IPC12 attendees) or request a Lyft/Uber to the addresses below:

You can also drive between the venue and the hotel (both have free parking for IPC12 attendees) and it takes approximately 10 minutes. If you choose to drive, consider giving a ride to a colleague.
